Emmy-winning docuseries of historical and cultural stories from the Erie region
WQLN|PBS ‘Chronicles’ premiered in September 2022
Since then, we’ve produced 44 episodes and received 29 Great Lakes Emmy nominations. Chronicles episodes runs the gamut, covering historical individuals, landmarks, and events, nature, sports, music, industry, education, politics; all cultural touchstones in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
As Executive Producer, I launched ‘Chronicles’ with the collaborative vision of WQLN leadership, Erie preservationist funding, and a small-but-mighty production team. It’s been an incredible ‘raising tide lifting all ships’ to deepen storytelling, tighten up post-production, and strengthen community outreach.
